Scale Wizard – Beta Feedback Terms
Scale Wizard is a pre-release application provided by Wizard Apps Ltd for evaluation and feedback purposes only. Thank you for participating in the beta programme.
By installing, accessing, or using the Scale Wizard beta, or by providing feedback in any form, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Pre-Release Software
Scale Wizard is beta software. Features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to change. The application may contain errors or inaccuracies. Performance, availability, and data persistence are not guaranteed. The beta may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.
You should not rely on the beta for critical, commercial, or production use.
2. Feedback
Feedback may include comments, observations, usability notes, suggestions or ideas, and descriptions of use in lessons, practice, or teaching contexts. Feedback may be provided through TestFlight, email, online forms, conversations, or other communication channels.
3. Use of Feedback
By providing feedback, you agree that all feedback may be used, evaluated, adapted, modified, and incorporated into Scale Wizard or other products or services developed by Wizard Apps Ltd. Feedback is provided voluntarily and without expectation of compensation.
No ownership, intellectual property rights, authorship, or entitlement are granted or implied in respect of any feedback. Wizard Apps Ltd may independently develop or use similar ideas, or receive similar feedback from other sources.
4. Confidentiality
The beta may include unreleased features or functionality. You agree not to publicly share screenshots, recordings, demonstrations, or descriptions of the beta without prior written permission from Wizard Apps Ltd.
General discussion within private teaching, learning, or evaluation environments is acceptable.
5. Data & Privacy
The beta may collect limited technical data such as crash reports and device information. No guarantee is made regarding data retention or persistence. Please do not submit personal, sensitive, or confidential information through beta feedback channels.
When using the beta with students, you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and safeguarding obligations.
6. No Guarantee of Release
Participation in the beta does not guarantee that Scale Wizard will be publicly released, the timing of any release, or the inclusion of any particular feature or functionality.
7. Beta Participation Benefits
As a courtesy for participating in the beta, Wizard Apps Ltd may choose to offer early access to future versions, or complimentary or discounted access on release. Any such benefits are discretionary and do not constitute a contractual entitlement.
8. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in Scale Wizard and all related materials remain the exclusive property of Wizard Apps Ltd.
